Founded in 1991, EXCEL FASTENERS has grown from a modest manufacturing unit into a trusted producer of precision fastening and engineering components. Beginning with the production of screws and rivets at a capacity of 14 lakh pieces per month, the company has steadily expanded its manufacturing capabilities to achieve a current production capacity of 60 lakh pieces per month. With decades of industry experience and a commitment to quality, we manufacture a comprehensive range of screws and rivets up to 6 mm in Mild Steel, Aluminium, and Brass, serving the diverse needs of automotive, electrical, engineering, home appliance, and industrial sectors. Our customer-focused approach enables us to support product development requirements and deliver customized solutions within demanding timelines.
To strengthen our manufacturing capabilities and meet the evolving needs of our customers, we expanded our operations in March 2004 by introducing precision press components to our product portfolio. This expansion led to the establishment of Unit-II, equipped with advanced Power Press and Hydraulic Press Machines, with a production capacity of approximately 23 lakh strokes per month. Operating under the name EXCEL ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES since June 2006, this unit complements our fastening component division and enhances our ability to provide integrated manufacturing solutions.
